What types of office spaces do you offer?

We offer three office types:
Private Office (Small Office): 100 sqft, fits 2 people.
The Loft (Medium Office): 150 sqft, fits 3 people.
The Suite (Large Office): 200-250 sqft, fits 4-6 people.

How does the dedicated desk membership work?

Our dedicated desk membership gives you 24/7 access to a communal room with a dedicated desk. This membership is $125/week, with a month-to-month term.

What is the setup deposit, and is it refundable?

We require a time deposit of $500 to get started. This is refundable and will be applied to your last month’s rent when you leave the space.

Do you offer any special promotions for long-term commitments?

1 Month Free with a 12-month membership commitment

2 Weeks Free with a 6-month commitment

1 Week Free with a 3-month commitment

What amenities are included in the membership?

All memberships include access to:

Is the space on ground level, and is it retail?

Our space is ground level, but it is not retail. It provides convenient access and visibility along North Miami Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Where is Miami Co-Working located?

We are located at 1 NW 62nd St, Miami, FL 33150, minutes from the Design District, Midtown, Wynwood, Upper Buena Vista, Ironside, and the Citadel.
